Most of Dan's adapters that use a center knob can be paired with a set of 4" risers and a shorty version of the center knob. It may be mounted to an existing metal pier top plate, Dan's 12" pier top plate, or a heavy duty tripod that has the hole pattern for Meade and Celestron SCT telescopes. Refer to the typical installation diagram for mounting requirements
